ReSurfaced projects are opportunities for people in the community to come together to activate underutilized spaces and build connections with other civic-minded people and organizations. The available opportunities for volunteers changes with each activation, but whenever possible we try to invite the community to help shape the space.

We want to thank all of the volunteers who came out the last couple weeks to help clean up The Liberty Build space and get it ready for the two week prototype activation. We had a great group of people working on some extremely hot days. Special thanks to the crew of volunteers from Louisville Rescue Mission who really busted out some heavy lifting.

We will be looking to engage community volunteers after the prototype event is over as we expand the scope and space of ReSurfaced: The Liberty Build. If you are interested in getting involved, please follow our Facebook page where we will update opportunities and events.
